There is daily maid service plus daily laundry service for your personal items of clothing. An iron and ironing board are available as well for your personal use. “Sea view rooms” have a king-size bed, while the “Condotel view room” has a queen-size bed. Kindly note too that the “2nd floor Sea view room” has a single/full-size bed as well as a king-size bed.

No deposit required. Payments by cash and the following cards: Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Mastercard - a charge of 3%. Paypal - a charge of 4.4% + ฿100. No Joiner Fee.Cancellation Conditions
If the booking is cancelled less than 21 days before arrival, a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) a charge of 50% of the booking total will be taken and the remaining amount will be refunded.
3rd floor Sea view
Our 3rd floor Sea view room is my favourite room because we use linens with a higher thread count than the room below and the fixtures are of better quality too. This room is 48m² in size and although it has a large balcony, inside it feels spacious and the king size bed; which sleeps two people in comfort, does not dominate the room. Aside the added comfort, this room is popular with business travellers because it is the only room which accesses direct free Ethernet (Wired) Internet as well as free high-speed (WiFi) Internet. This room’s rates are priced to tell our guests that inferior rooms in nearby resorts - are at least 50% more expensive. Great advice and value borne out by this room’s high occupancy rate.
2nd floor Sea view
This 2nd floor Sea view room is our largest room at Tui’s Place Guest House. It is 55m² in size and feels spacious. This room has two separate beds; one king size bed and one standard/single size bed. This means up to three people can share the room and sleep well. The room is popular with guests who suffer from leg pain and/or have problems walking, because a couple of flights of stairs is the only obstacle to negotiate - to enjoy easy access to and from the beach and this room. A nice large room, clean décor, comfortable beds and strong, free high- speed (WiFi) Internet means this room has many return guests.
3rd floor Condotel view
Across the stairwell from the "Sea view" room is our only Condotel view, or rear facing room, which does not have a view of the Bay of Thailand from its balcony. This is our cheapest and smallest room at 35m² in size and so it is popular with budget travellers who value our closeness to the gay beach, while not necessary needing to look at it all the time. To summarize then this room enjoys nice clean décor, a comfortable queen-sized bed with good quality linens, flat screen TV, DVD/CD player, Creative™ speakers oh and of course - reliable, free high-speed (WiFi) Internet.
4th floor Sea view
Occupying our top floor is this 4th floor Sea view room which; despite the fact one must climb three flights of stairs, is our most popular room. This room is 40m² in size and has the largest “Sea view” balcony to lie down and relax. Enjoy the lovely panorama of beach, tree tops, the sea and spectacular sunsets. The added elevation means too that often you can rest at night without A/C and drift-off enjoying the cool night air of natural sea breezes and the sound of surf crashing upon the shore. Very relaxing. A nice large room, clean décor, a comfortable king size bed and strong, free high-speed (WiFi) Internet means this room too has many return guests.
